They are looking for someone who has 4 to 5 years’ experience in a quality assurance role, as well as someone who has excellent communication skills!

* Maintaining customer complaints
* Identifying and developing processes
* Record and analysis customer complaints
* Assist the sales team to resolve customer concerns
* Develop standard work protocols
* Develop and deliver training programs
* Support internal and external audits
