* Answering incoming customer and claims calls
* Carry out outbound calls to customers
* Dealing with customers enquiries
* Dealing with customers complaints
* Keeping all policies and procedures and terms and conditions up to date
Customer Service Advisor Benefits:
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Hybrid working
