Job Description:

Our client, one of the world leaders in their field, is looking for a bright, proactive and highly motivated candidate to join their customer services team and work on one of their key accounts.
This is a really varied role and our client offers a great salary plus excellent benefits.
Applicant must have A-C GCSE Maths and English, an excellent telephone manner along with good attention to detail, good knowledge of Excel and previous SAP experience would be a bonus, but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries in a professional and effective manner to ensure optimum customer service
* Process orders and manage customer stock
* Check all web transactions have been actioned correctly
* Issue recollection references
* Answer customer emails
* Check SAP for new orders throughout the day
* Updating the customer information files
* Chase outstanding orders with customer
* Inform customers of any short loading at the depot
* Process returns daily
* Issue reports
Key Skills
* Previous customer service and/or admin experience
* Strong IT skills in MS Office
* Organised, proactive,and able to multitask
* Able to think for themselves
