Job Description:
Job Title: Purchase Ledger
Salary: 24-27Kpa
Duration: Perm
Location: Dudley
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Have full responsibility, knowledge and ownership of the purchase ledger.

* Agreeing invoices to purchase order and delivery notes for authorisation.

* Processing of invoices, credit card and expense transactions in a timely manner.

* Processing cheque/BACS payments to suppliers.

* Reconciliation of supplier’s statements on a monthly basis.

* Posting and Reconciling Petty Cash transactions.

* Reviewing GRNI with Financial Controller on a regular basis to identify and resolve query items.

* Processing of adhoc journals.

* Reviewing of and correcting debit balances on purchase ledger

* Answering supplier queries in a proficient and professional manner.

* Set up of new supplier accounts as required.

* Ensure that the Company’s core values are always applied

Other adhoc duties as and when required.
