Hays are working with an established worldwide manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area who are looking for an experienced Controlling Finance Business Partner to join the team on an Interim basis until the end of December 2025.
Your new role
This is a great role for an accomplished finance professional and key duties will include, but not limited to, the following areas.
* Strategic Business Planning: monitoring and evaluating the business plan.
* Annual Planning: Budget processing and planning
* Forecasting: Monthly, Quarterly and Annual forecasting analysis
* Business Performance Reporting: Working with stakeholders including activities associated with short and long term financial and non-financial performance.
* Business Analysis: Analysis of business financial information, presenting back to key stakeholders.
* Management of a small finance team
* Project / Risk management
What you’ll need to succeed
This role would suit an experienced finance professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proven background with analysis and interpretation of finance and non-financial information.
What you’ll get in return
This is a great opportunity to join an established business on a fixed-term contract until December 2025, Salary Equivalent £48,000 - 55,000 DOE , hybrid working policy and great location.
