Role Overview
In this role, you will support financial planners by analysing client needs, conducting research, and preparing compliant financial recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Financial Planners: Assist with non-client facing tasks, including preparation and administration of recommendations.
* Analyse Client Needs: Review client information to understand profiles and objectives.
* Conduct Research: Gather necessary documentation and perform relevant research.
* Create Financial Plans: Develop accurate, compliant financial plans.
* Ensure Compliance: Maintain proper documentation for compliance and suitability.
* Cashflow Modelling: Prepare lifetime cashflow models.
* Handle Client Queries: Address client inquiries as needed.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with financial planners and support staff.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills
* Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities
* Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Proficient in financial planning software and IT tools
* Ethical standards and commitment to professional development
Qualifications
* Knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, and tax planning
* Understanding of UK financial regulations
* Minimum two years of paraplanning experience
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
