Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a global financial services organisation who are looking to hire a payroll professional to sit within their collaborative HR team, based out of their UK Head Office in the City of London.
As Payroll Analyst, you will report into the Associate Director of Payroll & Global Mobility, supporting on the processing of UK and several global regions across Europe & APAC.
Key responsibilities of the role include-
* Supporting the international team in year end activities
* Performing payroll transactions such as data entry and mass uploads
* Review, analyst and reconcile payroll related data
* Handle complex payroll queries
* Liaising with outsourced payroll providers
* Driving change and efficiencies in the payroll department
Experienced required -
* Excellent UK technical payroll experience
* Experience of processing and coordinating global payroll
* Strong Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables)
