GROWTH LEAD
UP TO £100,000
LONDON - 4 DAY WORK WEEK
2 DAYS IN THE OFFICE
THE COMPANY
This fitness business is going through a real period of growth, and they are now looking for a Growth Lead to accelerate this growth and take their marketing to the next level!
THE ROLE
As a Growth Lead, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Overseeing all digital channels, including, CRM, Paid Media, and affiliates
* Managing the launch of affiliates marketing
* Using data to drive digital strategies, and report off the back of campaigns to drive improvement and work out why campaigns might not be working
* Driving the development of their subscriptions service and the app
* Reporting into the CEO and leading a team of performance marketing specialists
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience in a fast-paced app-based/subscriptions environment is preferred
* Experience overseeing multiple channels is needed
* Leadership experience is required
* Data-led candidates will be more successful (i.e. experience with tableau, excel, google analytics, etc.
BENEFITS

* Hybrid working - 2/3 days a week in the office
* 4 day working week
