Are you a motivated and experienced leader with a strong background in the mortgage market?

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to oversee a team of 8 Advisers and ensure they deliver exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop your team to provide outstanding service to both external and internal customers.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures within the team.
* Provide accurate and timely Management Information and maintain key management data in the CRM system.
* Implement a robust training and development strategy to keep team knowledge up-to-date.
* Handle escalated calls and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions for members.
* Plan and manage resources to maintain flexibility and adapt to changes in demand, supporting our contact, support, and adoption strategy.
Contract: Permanent
Contracted Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Hybrid Working: Work from home on Tuesday, Friday, and bi-weekly Thursdays
Salary & Benefits:
* Base Salary: £30k-£35k
