Responsibilities:
* Developing the largest active market share of any agent in the area
* Maximising revenues and growing the property register
* Establishing outstanding working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
* Meeting and exceeding all financial targets to maximise branch profit
* Managing and motivating your team through regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and morning meetings
* Implementing action plans and ensuring their successful delivery through effective team management
Requirements:
* Proven track record in an estate agency and customer service role
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic and target-driven
* Ability to effectively manage a team
* High standards of service and presentation
* Good organisational skills and ability to implement plans for market growth
* Valid driving licence, ownership of a car and insurance for business use
* Legal right to work in the UK
