Multi Skilled Operative (Joinery bias)
Temporary, 3-6 Months

£Weekly Pay, £18-21 per hour
Are you a Multi Trade looking for work in Property? We are looking for Multi Trade Operatives, preferrably with a Carpentry/Joinery bias to join a team of trades undertaking works in Social Housing works across the East Midlands
This is a great opportunity which provides weekly pay, a great team, van, uniform and excellent colleagues amongst other benefits.
Duties of the Multi Skilled Joiner may include:
* Undertaking a wide range of Joinery duties within residential properties
* Dealing with tenants and customer queries
* Responding to emergencies
* Travelling across the Midlands region
* Driving company vehicle to undertake planned and responsive Joinery works, but potentially Tiling, Painting, Decorating, Plumbing or Plastering alongside - depending on your skillset
To succeed in the Multi Skilled Joiner role you will have:
* Previous experience in domestic works
* A qualfication in Carpentry/Joinery OR equivalent experience
* A driving licence which allows you to drive a van in the UK
