Profectus is working with a global fintech organisation looking for an Anti Money Laundering Manager to join the team. In this position you will play a key role in covering all AML and Financial Crime.

This is a Hybrid role with three days in the office a week. They’re located in the heart of London with transport links close by!
The role…
* Stay updated on AML/CFT regulations relevant to the company, identify changes, and quickly address issues.
* Regularly check how well company policies, procedures, systems, and controls work across the business.
* Ensure company policies and procedures are reviewed, updated, and approved, in line with regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement AML/CFT policies and procedures, monitor new business programs, and report to senior management on the effectiveness of the company AML/CFT framework.
* Help set up automated systems and controls to meet regulatory requirements.
* Oversee systems that monitor client behavior and detect and report suspicious activities.
* Ensure AML/CFT compliance programs are promptly carried out.
* Help review AML Business Risk Assessments (BRA) and Jurisdiction Risk Assessments (JRA).
* Provide expert advice on AML/CFT issues to business units and suggest ways to reduce business risks.
