Job Description:
Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a business in Clifton on the recruitment of an Accounts Payable Assistant on a full-time and permanent basis.
Our client is a European leader in their field and are continuing to grow so it’s a fantastic time for a finance professional to join the team and their journey.
This organisation offers a hybrid working environment, which would require you on site in the office for 3 days per week and the option to work 2 days per week from home.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Assistant include but are not limited to:
* Ensure all transactions are processed correctly, accurately and within agreed timeframes.
* Onboarding new suppliers, completing credit checks and managing supplier statement reconciliation.
* Raising payments across multiple banks and entities.
* Managing end to end accounts payable tasks.
* Processing invoices, bills, and credit notes accurately.
Your Profile:
* Strong proven experience in a high-volume accounts payable/purchase ledger position.
* Experience working in an international environment is essential for this position.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
* System savvy, ideally with experience using ERP systems.
* Studying towards or prepared to study towards an accounting qualification.
* A can-do, proactive and hard-working attitude.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £30,000 plus an array of competitive benefits.
