Boston Hale is currently working with one of London’s largest charitable housing associations who are looking to recruit a Treasury Operations Manager
Daily Duties
* Ensure the implementation of the annual treasury plan and maintain compliance with treasury policies
* Manage the operational running of the treasury function
* Support the development of the treasury accountants
* Implement debt management strategies and manage loan and covenant agreements
* Manage the day-to-day banking requirements
* Ensure all contractual agreements are met
* Manage the groups cash to ensure all daily cash requirements are met
Required experience:
* CCAB accountancy qualification and ideally a treasury qualification
* Up to date knowledge of treasury regulations
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to provide expert technical knowledge
