At Frazer Jones we are pleased to be working with leading global investment management company to find them a Benefits Analyst to join their growing London (Liverpool Street) Reward team.

What they are ideally looking for is a Junior Benefits Analyst/Coordinator with experience of dealing with benefits administration, HR analytics, and wellbeing, ideally in an international organisation.

But they will also consider a HR Coordinator / HR Assistant from a broader HR team who is looking to specialise in benefits. Experience using the HRIS Workday is strongly desired.

Experience in a financial services organisation would be ideal, but not essential if you’re coming from a similar, commercially focused environment.

The role will be to support their Reward Manager and wider team, focussing on the benefits, wellbeing, and employee support.

Key responsibilities will include;
* Act as administrator for the benefits programmes, including supporting the renewal process, managing relationships with benefit providers, and supporting employees with queries and claims.
* Track and analyse reports from various vendors with regards to usage of benefits globally.
* Generate and maintain regular reports on benefits usage, costs, and changes to employee numbers.
* Acting as the point of contact for employees’ question about benefits.
* Support the enrollment process for new joiners and annual enrolment waves, including eligibility verification, and record maintenance.
* Support and promote company-wide wellness programs and activities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as the wider HR team, business managers, payroll and administration teams.
