We are exclusively partnering with a leading high growth professional services business recruiting for two strong sales professionals to join their sales team. This business build full-service Data Analytical solutions for clients.
The Role:
* Engaging with clients, new business development and driving clients up to 250k revenue.
* Developing client list through leads from marketing campaign work.
* Demonstrating thought leadership across the sales team, finding entrepreneurial ways to find clients through a pre-existing list of prospects.
* Up-sell and cross-sell of initial clients up to half a million to a million.
Skills & Experience:
* Relationship-based consultative background with experience in CX and data solutions
* Marketing within the customer space
* New business experience as well as managing existing business
* Setting a vision, understanding client needs and how Blend360 can match to that
* Minimum of 7 years’ experience
* Growth focused
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Have the impact and gravitas to engage effectively with CxO-1 / CxO-2 stakeholders within client organisations
* Experience working within a consultancy environment; able to quickly understand clients’ business problems and identify where Blend’s offerings can deliver tangible business outcomes.
* Strong data background, with broader technology consulting/sales experience
* A successful sales or account management track record, with experience of originating, shaping, leading and closing technology solution deals, underpinned by Data and ideally AI.
* Able to work effectively within a flat hierarchical structure
* High energy levels, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well autonomously
