Junior Finance Business Partner | 12 Month FTC
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Location: Coleshill (Hybrid role - 3 days on-site)

Join our client’s dynamic finance team as a Junior Finance Business Partner and embark on a journey of professional growth and development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process efficiency, governance, and business partnering, helping to shape the future of the finance team and make a meaningful impact on the financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the processing and coding of purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices.
* Assist in posting multi-currency and urgent business payments in accordance with company policies.
* Manage direct debit payments, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
* Assist in preparing and executing payment runs, following procedural guidelines.
* Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and address queries promptly.
* Collaborate with Financial Reporting, Commercial Finance, and Treasury teams.
* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
* Support month-end processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Participate in finance transformation projects, including system enhancements within Unit 4.
About You:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or part qualified Accountant or qualified by experience
* Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a high degree of team work ethic
* Analytical mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to work with complex financial data
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and meeting deadlines
* A positive ’can-do’ attitude and flexibility.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, including report writing
* 3+ years of Finance related experience
* Good knowledge of financial and management accounting frameworks.
* An ability to prioritise own workload
* Experience with Order Management Systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus
