Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing the leading nationwide Housing Association to recruit a permanent Project Surveyor. This role offers £49,000 - £59,000 per annum (car allowance included) and mileage with flexible and agile working. – Housing Association – About The Role:

* To support the Project Manager, by assisting in the effective delivery of planned works, energy efficiency, capital investment and cyclical maintenance projects and programmes
* To undertake property surveys and contribute to the specification of works required in relation to (but not limited to) major construction projects, investment programmes, reactive maintenance
* To ensure that quality and value for money are always prioritised as part of the investment, energy efficiency and responsive maintenance services
* To diligently contribute to the updating of completed investment works that are required to be updated accurately into the asset management database.
* To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved through the delivery of quality asset management services
Project Surveyor – Housing Association – What You Need:

* Strong experience in the delivery of planned works
* Experience of working within a similar role in for a social housing provider or local authority would be desirable
* Hold relevant qualifications in the field of construction & the built environment (MCIOB, MRICS, HNC, HND, BSc etc)
