The role - Finance Administrator
Hours - 21 hours per week (over 3 days)
Salary - £18,500.00 (pro rata)
Location - Glasgow (West)

Are you an experienced Finance Administrator who would be interested in a newly released opportunity within the Healthcare industry?

Our client, a leading healthcare organisation based towards the West of Glasgow City Centre, is seeking a talented individual to join their team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting position that offers a salary of £18,500.00 (pro rata) and a range of benefits including a company pension, employee discount, free parking.
As a Finance Administrator, you will play a vital role in the organisation’s financial operations.
Your main responsibilities will include.

* Administration duties
* Liaising with Pharmacies/Healthcare professionals regarding monthly figures
* Ensure accurate recording and logging of transactions
* Processing invoices
* Managing sales ledger and performing bank reconciliations
* Sales Ledger invoices and payments
* Credit card transaction posting and reconciliation
* New supplier credit account applications

Due the nature of my client’s business you must be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and have proven prior experience of handling information of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Previous finance and administration experience and a working knowledge of accountancy/finance software and Excel are essential.
