I am currently working with a key client within the Financial Services sector who is looking for a Customer Complaints Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
The main purpose of your role is to provide administration support to the Complaint Handlers within the business, ensuring that all tasks relating to the logging of new complaints, investigation process and final resolutions are logged accurately whilst adhering to policy and regulatory requirements. Your key duties will include: logging new complaints on to relevant databases, issuing manual letters to customers, maintaining case trackers and liaising with customers and other staff to gather further information on cases. You may also be expected to compete other general administrative tasks where relevant.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must be immediately available and be able to demonstrate prior administration experience within a professional environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, be proficient using Microsoft packages, able to pick up new systems and be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team. A financial services background is highly desirable but not essential for this position.
What you’ll get in return
This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. My client operates a hybrid policy which will see you working from home on Mondays and Fridays, and working in the office Tuesday to Thursday. Salary equivalent up to £25,000. An excellent opportunity to progress your administration experience in a market-leading company. The assignment is expected to last at least 4-6 weeks with the potential for an extension.
