OVERVIEW:
• Seeking a locum Education Solicitor as soon as possible on an ongoing basis due to increased workload.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, particularly in representing local authorities in SEN tribunals.
• Prepare and present cases effectively in SEN tribunals.
• Advise on all aspects of education law, including policy and procedural matters.
• Provide legal support and advice on school admissions, exclusions, and safeguarding.
• Draft and review legal documents related to education law.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and best practices.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all legal matters.
• Remote working available.
