This role is ideal for a professional ready to take on a project delivery-focused position with a strong management and residential background.
The Associate Construction Project Manager Role
As the Associate Construction Project Manager, you will be second in command, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of new projects. Your responsibilities will be centred around three key Student Accommodation schemes, valued at £20m, £50m, and £80m respectively.
This role demands a client-facing approach, requiring exceptional management skills to drive these projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the second in command in project delivery, overseeing significant Student Accommodation projects.
* Providing leadership and direction in the management of these major schemes.
* Engaging directly with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Contributing to the team’s success, with a focus on residential projects.
* Business development skills are beneficial but not a primary requirement for this role.
The Associate Construction Project Manager
* RICS, APM, CIOB accredited (desirable)
* Experience in a similar role within a construction consultancy environment.
* A solid background in a management position
* Extensive experience across residential projects.
* Proven track record in successful project delivery, particularly in high-value schemes.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
* Business development experience is helpful but not essential.
