?? About the Role: We are seeking a talented Data Engineer who can work closely with key business stakeholders and IT to deliver solutions that meet their needs. This role requires extensive experience in Microsoft SQL and ETL practices. You will be working in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment, ideally with experience gained within an MGA or insurance carrier.
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver data solutions and changes.
* Address complex data problems and support issues.
* Consult with business analysts, developers, and system owners.
* Assess the impact of changes on the data model.
* Maintain data integrity throughout system integrations and reporting.
* Collaborate with Power BI and reporting analysts.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders including Underwriting, Operations, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and HR.
�? Key Requirements:
* Extensive SQL and ETL knowledge.
* Insurance MI or reporting experience.
* Expertise in MS-SQL Server, TSQL, SSIS, SSRS, VBA, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and methodically.
* Experience in an insurance MGA or carrier environment is a plus.
* Good understanding of Insurance Operations, Credit Control, and Finance.

* Full-time position: Remote working (3 days) & London (2 days).
