As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
**The Role:**
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results. This role is ideal for someone with strong account management experience, preferably within an agency environment, and an understanding of Google Analytics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and digital marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data insights and industry trends.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and project management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Experience:** Around 2 years+ of account management experience, ideally within an agency environment.
- **Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- **Knowledge:** Understanding of digital marketing principles and experience with Google Analytics.
- **Location:** Must live within commuting distance of Leeds.
- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data.
