Job Purpose:
* Develop and design high-quality graphics for various print and digital media.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing campaigns.
* Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
* Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion.
* Produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
* Support the development of presentation materials and internal communications.
* Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques.
Skills Required:
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
* Ability to create visually appealing and cohesive designs for print and digital media.
* Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
* Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles is an advantage.
