Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Painter and Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential painting and decorating, with the ability to handle minor mould washing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform interior and exterior painting jobs with attention to detail and precision.
* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
* Apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
* Conduct minor mould washing and ensure treated areas are properly maintained.
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, preferably in domestic properties.
* Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
* Ability to perform minor mould washing and understand basic treatment methods.
* Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
* Good physical condition and stamina.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
