Personnel Recruitment Officer
Location: Aberdeen (Hybrid Working 3 days in Altens office)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hrs – half-day Fridays)
Salary Circa: £34K- £38K DOE
Reed HR are seeking a dedicated Personnel Recruitment Officer to be responsible for coordinating the rotation and replacement of personnel, mapping future recruitment needs, and ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to the highest standards and regulations.

Responsibilities Include:
* Coordinating rotation/replacement of personnel and map future recruitment needs/succession planning for rigs/vessels/departments
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, reviewing adverts, sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews and developing a pool of candidates with all necessary compliance info
* Providing offers to new hires/internal promotions, processing transfers, and creating contracts of employment, ensuring adherence to Maritime Labour Convention
* Updating ATS/recruitment database and recruitment trackers as well as assisting with monthly recruitment reports
* Assisting Recruitment Assistant and participating in the emergency response team as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Significant recruitment experience inhouse or agency, preferably in offshore or drilling
* HR or Recruitment Qualification is desirable
* Knowledge of UK/International Employment Legislation and Regulations
* Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
