Key Responsibilities:
* Teach English Literature and Language to secondary school students.
* Work effectively with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Manage and address behaviour issues in a supportive and constructive manner.
* Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience teaching English in UK secondary schools.
* Experience working with SEN students and managing behaviour challenges.
* A strong passion for teaching and making a difference in students’ lives.
* Enhanced DBS check.
