Company Overview - HR Administrator
Our Client are currently looking for a HR Administrator to help support their human resources team on a full-time, permanent basis.

HR Administrator Role and Responsibilities:
* The main purpose of the role is to provide HR administrative support during all stages of the employee lifecycle. This includes posting jobs, liaising with agencies, logging CV’s, arranging interviews, providing feedback
* Take notes and minutes during meetings when required
* Draw up contracts and offers
* Update all internal documents
* Process the new employee forms and set them up on the internal systems as well as payroll
* Seek references and carry out DBS and credit checks
* Respond to resignations
* Manage the exit processes
* General administrative duties to include but not limited to filing, absence reports, reviews and salary review documentation
HR AdministratorSkills and Experience:
* You will need a strong administrative background ideally with previous HR experience.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and database management
