Our client is a fast growing, well established energy company supplying and installing PV solar panels, battery storage, boilers, air-conditioning, electric vehicle chargers and heat pumps, and have an excellent reputation for what they do.
We are currently recruiting for a brand new position for an experienced ECO Submissions Manager who will submit completed ECO packs to our utility partners for our excellent valued client in order for them to receive funding for the measures installed.
ECO Submissions Manager responsibilities
* Liaise with Engineers to ensure we have correct evidence on completed jobs in order to prepare the paperwork packs to submit for funding;
* Support Engineers with submitting photographs and digital paperwork completed in our Engineer app, which will pass into our CRM;
* Full submission of ECO compliant paperwork packs to our funders;
* General office ECO administration duties, and support team members.
ECO Submissions Manager skills and experience
* At least 1 years recent experience working in an ECO Submissions role is essential;
* Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Google Docs;
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy;
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills;
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
