Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Grantham
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
The Company
We have a great opportunity with a reputable, growing Financial Planning practice that offer a tailored approach with a strong focus on arriving at positive outcomes for their clients. They provide advice across a range of advice types including pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning.
They have had a couple of good years and the firm are continuing to grow, so are now looking to add a new administrator to their back office team.
They have a strong culture based on collaboration and sharing knowledge to arrive at the best solution for the clients.
The Role
This role would involve supporting the firms paraplanners and financial planners with a range of administrative duties including processing new business, illustrations, fact finds, liaising with providers and dealing with clients regularly.
There is a friendly, outgoing team at the firm and you will be an important part of that working within the paraplanners and administrators to provide a high quality service to the clients at the firm.
The Required Skills:
* R01, CF1 or equivalent is desirable
* Experience in providing administrative support within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm
* A professional and personable communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients
* Strong attention to detail and a good level of numerical skills
* Good understanding of the FCA and how a Financial services firm operates
