Customer Communications Advisor
8 month contract
Full Time - 37 hours per week - Shifts between Monday to Friday: 8am-10pm, Saturday: 8am-5pm
Location - Portsmouth PO9, Penner Road
Fully office based role

Role Overview
You will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication with our customers regarding planned power outages. This position requires proactive customer contact, providing up-to-date information, and ensuring excellent service delivery. We seek individuals with outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactive Customer Contact: Initiate communication with customers about planned power outages, providing timely and accurate information.
* Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers receive top-notch service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Identify Vulnerable Customers: Recognise vulnerabilities during customer interactions and confidently discuss available support services.
* Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with engineers and office staff to ensure seamless information flow and service delivery.
* Flexibility and Support: Be available to support during bad weather conditions and flexible with working hours.
Qualifications and Skills
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Confidence in discussing vulnerabilities and support options with customers.
* Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and office staff.
* Flexibility to work and provide support during adverse weather conditions.
