IT Support Specialist for Prestigious Law Firm in Thames Valley

IT Talent is thrilled to represent our prestigious legal client, a highly successful and respected law firm with multiple offices across the Thames Valley region. Due to their continued expansion, we are seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team at their Oxford office.
About the Role:
This is a unique IT role that offers the successful candidate the chance to shine and progress within the esteemed Bower Bailey law firm. You will be part of a friendly, welcoming, and warm department, working with a diverse set of hardware and software technologies to support users and deliver impactful IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide telephone, hands-on, and remote support for the entire IT Infrastructure.
* Monitor and manage systems and processes to protect the IT Infrastructure.
* Lead and manage IT projects from inception to delivery.
* Document process maps, project plans, and both technical and user documentation.
* Assist the Head of IT with various duties.
* Undertake ad-hoc local travel between offices as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of technical experience and a logical, methodical approach to problem-solving and solution design, ideally within a software and/or hardware environment. This is a perfect opportunity for someone ready to make a significant impact and gain extensive exposure to a wide range of technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency in Desktop and Server Hardware
* Experience with Hyper-V
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
* Expertise in MS Active Directory and MS Server 2022
* Familiarity with the MS365 Suite
* Competence in MS Exchange, Office, and SQL Server
* PowerShell Scripting skills
