Our client, a prestigious firm recognised by Legal 500, is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator for their four-person HR team. This permanent position, based in either Leeds or Birmingham, reports directly to the Head of HR & HR Manager. The role is essential in overseeing the recruitment process for all positions across the firm’s multiple geographical locations.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recruitment experience, either in an agency or in-house setting, specifically hiring for legal or professional services positions. The role requires someone who is engaging, able to build rapport quickly at all levels, and skilled at ’selling’ the firm’s values and opportunities to potential candidates.
The position offers flexibility, making it suitable for experienced professionals looking to return to work after a career break or seeking reduced hours. A part-time role of at least 30 hours per week is available, with an option to work mostly from home after an induction period. For less experienced candidates, the role requires three days in the office and two days working from home.
The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience.
