Data Analyst - SQL/Tableau - sought by leading investment bank based in Canary Wharf - London - Hybrid

Main Responsibilities:
* Build and optimize SQL queries to analyse, reconcile, and interrogate data
* Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to effectively communicate data stories pertaining to business, client and sales performance
* Proactively identify and escalate Data Quality issues and drive remediation
* Provide direction and technical leadership on complex projects and in all phases of the development and implementation process, ensuring essential procedures are followed
* Consult with business end users to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new projects and process enhancements
* Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines

Experience Required:
* 5+ years Data Analysis experience
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail
* Strong data reporting skills
* Extensive SQL experience
* Extensive Tableau experience
* Ability to work under pressure in an agile environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce reports, documentation, and communicate with senior management. Ability to seamlessly communicate complex technical issues to non-technical colleagues
* Self starter with the ability to work independently
