Fantastic opportunity to join a small family run business as a Key Account Manager. Established over 20 years ago, our client provides corporate clothing for a wide range of clients. They are known for exceptional customer service, quality of garments and design capabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our production, distribution and management teams.
Experience in the clothing industry would be beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:

* Communicating with your clients and understanding their immediate and future requirements
* Managing new projects and clients as and when they arise
* Managing and forecasting stock levels to ensure first class customer service and delivery to your clients
* Setting and managing a sales budget and expected profit margin for your clients, driving growth and profitability and identifying opportunities to increase revenue
* Working closely with each client to ensure that the products and services provided meet and exceed both the client’s and company goals
* Creating and managing a reporting schedule for your clients, delivering accurate management Information In line with their requirements
* Raising new requests for production with the production team as required
* Managing with support the digital set up and document libraries for your clients, including online ordering portals and customer records
