Our client, based in Coventry, is currently recruiting for a Head of HR Operations on a 3-month interim contract to provide some immediate support to the team during a period of transition. They are able to offer 4 days remote working, with one day p/week required in their offices in Warwickshire.
The ideal candidate will need to have had significant experience leading a HR Shared Services through change, and be confident in implementing new systems and recommending changes for improvements to staff and existing processes.
Key duties will include - but not limited to:
* Implementing a new payroll provider, working in partnership with Finance, Procurement, IT and external providers
* Leading the BAU People Operations team - supporting the transition into an offshore provider
* Reviewing and updating processes and templates and driving improvements in team performance
* Streamlining and automating induction/onboarding processes, utilising new technologies effectively
* Reviewing and making recommendations for improvements to the oversight and management of wellbeing issues
Working hours:
* 37 hrs/week
* 8:30 - 5:00 Monday - Thursday/ 8:30 - 4:00 Friday
