Job Description:
Our client based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire are a world leading provider in their field and provide a vital link in the manufacturing supply chain. They now have a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join their team as a permanent Office Administrator.
Responsibilities/Duties;
-Daily Invoicing to customers using the Navision system.
-Import/Export Administration
-Raising of purchase orders using the AX system.
-Purchasing of all stationery and ad-hoc consumables.
-Payroll - calculation of employee’s weekly hours, collation of figures and
submission to Head Office.
-Control and allocation of Petty Cash
-Filing and Archiving
-Assist with other general admin. duties including. e-mails, memos, reports, records, quotations.
-Sales Ledger
-Maintenance of Attendance records.
-Answering and routing of incoming telephone calls where possible.
Candidate Attributes;
-Experience working in a similar administrative role
-Strong written and numeracy skills
-Competent in using Microsoft Office
Hours- Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm, Friday 7.30am-12.30pm
Salary- Up £27,170 depending on experience + 25 days holiday + pension match up to 10% + sick pay + Life assurance + free onsite parking + free refreshments
