Logistics People are looking for an Inbound Administrators to join our team.
Location: Telford, CML 
Working Hours:
* 4 On 4 Off Days Shifts Available 
Pay rate: £12.36 P/hr 
As a an Inbound Administrators for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to: 
* Liaising with the Shift Manager, Customer Services and Operations Manager;
* Correct preparation and issuing of drivers paperwork;
* Create pre-advices for arriving stock on SCE;
* Releasing of pre-advising on SCE;
* Contacting customers via email for information regarding pre-advices; 
* To maintain an integral email account according to strict protocols;
* To communicate effectively with line managers;
* Order entry as required;
* Filing as required;
* Scanning of loading manifests and drivers run sheets;
* Emailing EPODS to depots;
* Printing of European McBurney labels.
* Booking in trailers to the board
* Booking in visitors, contractors
* Completing yard sweeps with yard shunters
* Assisting with any other duties required
