We are looking for someone with great communication skills, who has call centre experience and who is able to work well under pressure, as you will be working within a busy team where customer care is top priority!
The role offers hybrid working for 4 out of 5 days a week!!

* Answer incoming customer calls
* Make outbound calls
* Respond to customer enquiries
* Deal with customer complaints
* Update database
* Supporting sales and customer service teams
