Main duties of the job
* Lead the assessment, treatment and discharge of patients within the frailty unit ward
* Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and modify accordingly
* Supervise junior physiotherapists and therapy assistants
* Be responsible for your own clinical caseload
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
* Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
* Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
* Experience working in the NHS in an in-patient setting
* Evidence of CPD and relevant post graduate training
