* Manage financial accounts
* Experience with Capital
* Experience with Fixed Assets
* Assist in the preparation of capital budgets and forecasts.
* Liaise with project managers to ensure cost control and accurate reporting.
* Prepare monthly management accounts and reports for capital projects.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
* Support other finance team members as required.
Profile
A successful Capital Accountant should have:
* Experience in the Housing sector.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
