Job Description:
If you have Customer Service skills and are looking for a career in Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our client, a successful and extablished company within the sports equipment sector. You will assist with supporting all aspects of internal sales and customer operations, as well as helping grow the company’s brand presence across its social media platforms and drive traffic to the company’s website.
Salary £24k - £25k depending on experience. Plus benefits including 22 days’ holiday.
Monday to Friday - 8.30 am - 5pm.
Fully office-based near Slough.
Parking on-site.
Key Responsibilities
* Engaging with clients and delivering high-quality service via phone and email.
* Raising quotes on IT systems for new and existing customers.
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints and queries.
* Maintaining and building strong colleague and client relationships.
* Speaking to and building relationships with key suppliers.
* Chasing suppliers for product lead times.
* Ensuring IT systems are up to date and maintained.
* Proactively keep on top of incoming customer emails/ orders and follow up where action is required.
Social Media
* Create and share daily social media posts.
* Post key products/ success stories across social media pages.
* Monitor social media channels for mentions of the brand.
* Managing and scheduling content to drive traffic to the website.
Key Skills
* Experience in a customer service role.
* Knowledge of key social media platforms.
* Personable with strong communication skills, written and verbal.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Strong administrative skills with experience in all Microsoft Office applications.
* Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
* Eagerness to learn and develop.
* Excellent time management.
* Proactive individual with the ability to work well in a team and individually.
* Other duties as required.
