Futures Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Pensions Administrator
based in Chichester
for our client who is  a prominent player in the employee benefit and pension market and our  expanding their team. There is now a requirement for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join them on a full-time basis.
As the Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be expected to perform complex pension calculations to a high standard, supporting client relationships in budgeting and process improvement. You will be expected to review complex tasks and train junior staff members in this area.
 In return you will be offered a salary DOE of £30,000 to £35,000
, you will also have the opportunity for Hybrid working.
Responsibilities :
-Communicating with clients and scheme members
- Processing pension activities in line with scheme rules
- Performing complex pension calculations and addressing inquiries
- Monitoring project income and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Identifying opportunities for additional revenue within the client group
- Staying updated on technical and legislative changes
Experience Needed: 
- Experience in client and trustee liaison 
- Hold a strong knowledge of pension calculations, scheme types, and UK pension legislation
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant professional qualification
