Salary:£23,500 - £27,800
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to become a crucial part of our client’s IT team. The Trust encompasses multiple academies, each committed to providing exceptional education and support to our diverse student body.
You will have a dedicated secondary school but will also assist in supporting other sites across South Yorkshire when required.
Role Overview:
As the IT Support Technician to work closely with the IT Manager and fellow IT Technicians. You will be responsible for assisting students and staff with 1st / 2nd line issues in addition to extensive project work in the Summer.
Requirements:
* Active Directory / Azure
* InTune, MDM, Mac OS
* Experience with Windows Servers
* Office 365
* VMware / Hyper V
* Network Troubleshooting
