Financial Controller (Construction)

Do you have any experience working as a financial controller, looking for a unique no two days opportunity working for a company which has doubled in growth and turnover in the past year and is becoming a recognised name in the construction industry nationwide?
The Role:
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor financial performance against the budget, providing variance analysis.
* Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, coordinate external audits, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
* Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity, optimize working capital management, and analyze cost structures for opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
* Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
The Person:
* Experience as a Financial Controller
* Finance Qualification preferred
