This is a great opportunity for a either a customer service professional, or a bright confident individual looking to kick start their career within sales.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will work closely with other team members to help customers achieve their property aspirations.

Description
Key responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator include:
* Qualifying applicants
* Generating and conducting viewings
* Converting enquiries into market appraisals
* Providing feedback to customers
* Sending out offer forms and negotiating terms with your buyers
* Uploading new properties onto the portals
* Book in photos for new instructions
* Conduct appraisals
* Manage your own diary
* Maintaining the presentation of the marketing suite and show apartments
* Closing sales
* Making outbound telephone sales calls to leads on the database
* Receiving and responding to inbound calls, internet, and email enquiries
* Utilising the CRM system to track leads and follow up activity
* Managing and progressing a sale
Profile
The successful Sales Negotiator will be:
* Confident, friendly, and target driven
* Have the ability to persuade and influence effectively
* Tenacity and resilience
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to work on own initiative as well part of a team
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Self-motivation, high-energy and be a team player
* Organisational skills and ability to track leads and follow ups
* Any previous sales, customer service, telesales, or customer facing experience is highly desirable
* MUST have a full UK driving licence
