ROLE: Receptionist
SALARY: £11.44 per hour
LOCATION: Solihull (office based)
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading healthcare business, based in Solihull, who are looking to recruit a professional, confident individual to join their administration team.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will be confident in a customer-facing role and will be experienced in delivering a high level of service to varying visitors and stakeholders.
Experience within a receptionist/administrative role isn’t essential, as full training will be given, however a willingness to learn is a must!
Due to the nature of the business, there is a requirement to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Greeting customers at the reception area.
* Administering appointments from registration to discharge.
* Ensuring the CRM is always up to date.
* Managing enquires via telephone and email.
* Preparing patient notes for theatre.
* Taking payments from customers and allocating cash on the system.
* Providing reports, as required.
* Keeping up to date with current promotions and treatment pricing.
