Job Description:
Cosmetic Chemist
This is a permanant role paying competitive salary
This cosmetic chemist will have the fantastic opportunity to be responsible for the development and supply of cosmetic products to highly respected brands and retailers in Northamptonshire.
The role will involve:
Formulation of hair care products such as shampoo, hair gel etc
Analysis of hair care products using wet chemistry techniques
Liaising with suppliers
Provide customers with innovation & support
Product registration
Quality control and PIF compilation.
Stability testing and reports
To apply for this position, you will need to have:
Minimum 2-3 year Experience in formulating cosmetic products
Chemistry or Cosmetic Science degree or similar
Preferably undertaken internship, a placement year or have experience in Labs in FMCG settling
Strong interest in cosmetic and working in a Laboratory environment
Problem solving skills
