Job Description:
The Business:
Nigel Wright is delighted to be working with a well-known consumer brand in the North East seeking a Brand Manager for a 12 month period.
The business is going through a huge growth trajectory and it will be an exciting time to join the business.
The Role:
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand’s audience and ensure the brand is meeting the customers’ needs consistently through the customer journey.
- Develop integrated brand marketing campaigns alongside Digital Marketing Manager to deliver sales growth
- Lead on event management.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, key partners, designers, printers
- Manage all offline advertising opportunities.
- Coordinate and lead on all business photography and video shoot requirements.
- Develop and control the Brand Marketing Budget.
- Work with the Senior Management and wider Marketing team to fulfil group KPIs
You will need to be the personality of the brand, liaising cross-functionally across teams from the Ops Team and site managers to sales and marketing and the people team – supporting with events, invites, internal comms and leadership events and conferences.
Able to manage, coordinate and schedule photoshoots, brand campaigns, seasonal campaigns, content creation and videography a key part of the role – focusing on artwork, guidelines, copywriting and customer research.
The Person:
Looking for someone with ideas creation, quirky and progressive mindset, ability to push back and challenge.
Has the appetite to work within a growing team, progressive approach and adaptable as no two days will be the same.
Idea creation and a customer champion mindset is a must!
Need to be a brand ambassador and be willing to drive the brand forward, working with the new guidelines to align across the business.
